With more than 150 acres of bushland and pasture, a working orchard, plenty of nature trails and wildlife, we can offer immersion sessions in nature (with or without a horse or art experience).
We offer guided 1:1 and group experiences where you can reconnect with the natural world, observe a variety of wildlife, or simple experience life in a farm setting. We have a range of farm animals and many opportunities to develop new skills caring for animals and our flora and fauna, newfound practices in mindfulness and a deeper appreciation for the outdoors.
Great nature and art can boost the immune system by lowering levels of chemicals that cause inflammation that can trigger diabetes, heart attacks and other illnesses.
