Our programs draw on the latest research and understandings in counselling, eco-psychology and mindfulness. We offer sessions in our purpose built all weather barn and creative practice rooms and outdoors in nature.

Earth School is a social and emotional skills program working with nature and animals. Being outdoors in open spaces increases the freedom to choose in ways that indoor learning rooms cannot. Working with horses and nature is an experimental (learn by doing )educational opportunity. We foster nature-horse-people connections that can be profoundly moving and healing.
We focus on the development of interrelationship and communication skills grounded in self responsibility, and on empowerment to make healthier behaviour choices.

This program will help young people get curious in nature while developing active awareness and a connection to all the senses.

This inclusive program is a great support for young people who are experiencing nature deficiency, feeling disengaged or are searching for where they fit in the world.
Maximum – 6 participants (1:3 therapist/ participant ratio)

A School holiday program for kids to go bush exploring, gardening, horse play, nature based art and camp cooking.
Is your child glued to devices? Do you want them to spend more time outside?
Nature deficiency is a modern reality for many kids. Kids need to be able to explore their environment and get dirty. Messy play is a natural way for children to develop real life skills.

What would it feel like to walk on ground that has no premade path? To step out of the manmade world of offices and deadlines and experience a world not far way with its own sense of timing and place?
Our program provides experiential learning that is transferable to everyday life. We draw on the theories and practices of mindfulness, eco therapy, positive mental health practices and Equine Facilitated Learning to provide participants with a comprehensive and satisfying experience.

It is an absolutely necessary response to the increasing demands of working life, increased sedentary lifestyle trends and over reliance on screens. Anyone interested in developing a pleasurable and practical writing practice. Procrastinators, memoirists, poets and writers at any stage.
When it comes to life writing, a writing coach who has the appropriate training and skills can also support you on an emotional level as you process memories, relationships and other triggers that may surface.
Lindy Schneider is a published author with a post-graduate diploma of Arts in Writing and a Diploma in Professional Writing and Editing. Lindy is accredited with Life Stories Australia.
